Wizard of Oz hits Macedonia, OH

The Wizard of Oz Festival in Macedonia, OH was the weekend of Sept 29th and 30th, and we were excited to be a part of it! An entire festival dedicated to the 79 year-old musical, the magic of this musical captivated audiences around the world and took them to a whole new world! “The Wizard of Oz” is one of our most popular shows year to year, which is understandable considering all of the interesting characters you come across when you travel down the yellow brick road. From adorable Munchkins to the fierce Winkies who roam the castle of Kiamo Ko and the audacious Emerald City Ozians. Even the main four need to look their best as they traverse to visit the wizard while dodging the frightful Wicked Witch of the East. An entire section of our rental stock is dedicated to “Wizard of Oz” so we can have multiple large productions going out simultaneously.

With numerous adaptations, sequels, prequels and more, it’s hard to miss why this musical is so popular. With everything left to the imagination, it’s safe to say the Wizard of Oz will stay with theatre culture around the world for many more years to come.

“They have such great costumes and extras for all your costume needs all year round.

They have a children’s section as well as extras for any existing costume you might have already, and need to renew our replace accessories. They also have a large selection of costumes for your organization, church or group and have all the up to date make up and wigs for every need you might have.

Overall I would say that most any item you might need quickly you would have available year round and not need to pay extra to have it delivered from an online source.
